Safety is Our First Priority
Sonoma prioritizes safety. We believe and promote a Safety Culture that far exceeds all applicable OSHA standards, as well as state and local regulations and guidelines.
Sonoma continually trains every employee in the company to maintain the highest level of knowledge and commitment to a safe work environment. We recognize that safety starts with best practices and well defined procedures but is only effective when the employees adopt all procedures as the standard way of conducting all work.
Every employee has been extensively trained in, at minimum, the following:
- Sonoma Underground’s Safety Program
- First Aid
- CPR
- OSHA 10/OSHA 30
- Confined Space
- Competent Person
- Sonoma’s Management Team have all been OSHA 30 Certified.
Weekly/daily tailgate meetings, safety audits, third party safety audits are completed on all of our jobsites to ensure we know that our clients are getting work performed in the safest manner possible. We strive to provide a safe worksite for its employees, clients and the general public.
